Prem Jethwa is the founder of Biteluxe, a hospitality AI agency helping hotels use WhatsApp as a high performing guest channel. He spent a decade at WPP improving customer journeys for Apple, BT and Barclays, and later served as Head of B2C for Kaspersky. His work blends behavioural design, AI and service optimisation to make hotel messaging commercially powerful and human sounding.
Douglas Waddell brings senior leadership experience across hospitality, leisure and multi site operations. As COO at Hand Picked Hotels and with previous roles at Thistle Hotels and Esporta Health and Fitness, he has a track record of improving operational performance, driving revenue growth and developing high performing teams. Douglas supports Biteluxe as a strategic advisor as the company scales its AI concierge and messaging services.
