What the work is
We design, build and run guest journeys for hotels and hotel groups, and automate the jobs their teams still do by hand, such as the morning briefing. We start with how a property already works, shape its own communication for each channel in its own voice, connect to the systems it already has, and keep improving it all once it is live. The hotel's team only steps in when a guest needs a person.
Most of it starts with listening. Before we build anything, a hotel has to tell us how it really runs and where it struggles, and the more we understand, the better the journey we can build.
You do not need a hotel background
Hotels can learn a great deal from other industries, and we want people who bring that knowledge with them. If you have worked in retail, travel, financial services, healthcare or anywhere else that looks after customers, you may notice things in a hotel's guest journey that people who have only worked in hotels have stopped seeing.
Who we are looking for
People who understand marketing and advertising
A lot of a guest's journey is marketing: the offer they see before they arrive, the message they actually open, the reason they book direct next time. If you know what makes someone act on an offer, and how to tell whether a campaign worked, you will use that every day here.
People who can analyse data by hand
We use AI tools every day, and we still need people who can work the numbers themselves. That means taking a raw export, building the spreadsheet, finding the figure that matters and checking it before anyone acts on it. If you always check the working behind a number before you repeat it, we would like to hear from you.
People who listen well and build relationships
A hotel can only get the journey it needs if it tells us everything: the complaints that never make it into a review, the jobs the front desk dreads, the ideas it tried once and dropped. Clients share that with people they trust. If clients open up to you because you ask good questions and remember the answers, and they still trust you years later, that matters here as much as any technical skill.
Hotel people and builders
Hotel experience still counts for a lot. If you have worked at the desk, in reservations, in food and beverage or in operations, you know where a stay gets harder than it should be. We also want to hear from people who build and connect systems or automate the work a team still does by hand, and from people who can shape a message so it sounds like the hotel that sends it.
