What HiJiffy is

A console for your managers.

HiJiffy's Console is where general managers, revenue managers and front office managers handle messages, “create automated, personalised campaigns” and “assign tasks to the right team with just a click”. Its AI booking assistant guides website visitors to book direct.

Its plans work as a set menu. The Premium plan, which adds the PMS connection, lists “4 campaigns included per reservation”, chosen from ten standard types. Custom campaigns, custom integrations and custom reporting sit on Enterprise.

What we are

One partner who builds it and runs it.

We start with your SOPs: how your team already takes a dinner booking, where housekeeping hears about a request, what guests ask before they arrive. Then we build around it: the messages, shaped for each channel in your voice, online check-in and checkout, requests sent straight to the right team, and custom automations for the jobs your team still does by hand, such as the morning briefing. We connect your PMS and keep all of it running.

Your team gets one inbox, on desktop and phone, with a fifteen-minute walkthrough, and replies to what needs a person. Nothing breaks when someone leaves, because we maintain everything behind it.

Side by side

Who does the work.

The question that decides whether guest technology lasts is who builds it, who keeps it current and who your team has to become to run it.

Online check-in and checkoutAdd-on

Check-in is listed as an add-on. Digital check-in and check-out are among the ten campaign types.

We do it

Registration details collected before arrival and written back to your PMS. The bill settled from the guest's phone on the morning they leave.

Your team's time to go liveNot stated

“Fast setup with expert support.”

1 hour 15 minutes

A one-hour kick-off and a fifteen-minute inbox walkthrough. The three weeks of building are ours.

What we say about HiJiffy comes from HiJiffy's own public website, checked in September 2026: Homepage · Plans and pricing · Console · Upselling · Channels · Guestline integration · Oracle integration. Where their site does not say, we say so. Something out of date? Tell us and we will correct it.

Built from scratch

Built deeper than a dashboard allows.

Self-serve dashboards are designed so that anyone can set them up, and that limits what they can do. The plan often decides how far it goes. We build for your property, so it follows your rules and your voice exactly, down to the small rules your team relies on.

Package codes, combined

Three rate codes that all mean a spa break are treated as one, so every spa guest gets the spa journey, however they booked.

Offers that know the date

Flowers in the room stop being offered once arrival is too close for the florist. You set the cut-off.

A channel for each team

Maintenance requests reach your engineers on WhatsApp, and housekeeping hears on Facebook Messenger, if that is where each team already is.

Automations for the jobs done by hand

The morning briefing is one example: arrivals from the PMS, occasions from guest conversations and open requests, on one sheet before the shift, laid out the way your team reads it.

On HiJiffy, custom campaigns, custom FAQ topics, custom channels and custom integrations are Enterprise only, and the Basic plan is limited to 25 standard FAQ topics. Below Enterprise, the journey is built from ten standard campaign types. Every change after go-live is part of our service, whatever you have us build.

HiJiffy may suit you better if

  • A booking assistant on your website is the priority.
  • Your managers want to run their own campaigns from one console.
  • You want Telegram in the same inbox as everything else.
  • Verified reviews on HotelTechReport carry weight in your procurement.

Biteluxe suits you if

  • You have a bespoke guest journey that needs a custom build.
  • You want the journey built around your property, with no set menu of campaigns.
  • You want your PMS connected as part of the service.
  • You want guests to see only your hotel's name.
  • You want one partner accountable for the result.
  • You want the jobs your team still does by hand automated too, such as a morning briefing pulled together from your PMS and other systems.
