What Duve is

A guest app your team sets up and keeps current.

Duve's guest app runs in the browser from a link, with nothing to install. It handles online check-in, room information, upsells and messaging, and writes upsell charges back to the PMS as folio charges. It has won HotelTechReport's Best Guest App award.

It is one web app that every property brands with its own logo, colours, fonts and photos, “configured once and applied everywhere automatically”. Its scheduled messages run “automatically, once configured”, and its AI answers from the content your team adds. Going further is on the Enterprise plan, which “includes advanced customizations and expert services”.

What we are

One partner who builds it and runs it.

We start with your SOPs: how your team already takes a dinner booking, where housekeeping hears about a request, what guests ask before they arrive. Then we build around it: the messages, shaped for each channel in your voice, online check-in and checkout, requests sent straight to the right team, and custom automations for the jobs your team still does by hand, such as the morning briefing. We connect your PMS and keep all of it running.

Your team gets one inbox, on desktop and phone, with a fifteen-minute walkthrough, and replies to what needs a person. Nothing breaks when someone leaves, because we maintain everything behind it.

Side by side

Who does the work.

The question that decides whether guest technology lasts is who builds it, who keeps it current and who your team has to become to run it.

A one-hour kick-off and a fifteen-minute inbox walkthrough. The three weeks of building are ours.

What we say about Duve comes from Duve's own public website, checked in September 2026: Homepage · Pricing · DuveAI · Guest communication · Guest app · Branding · Upsells · Integrations. Where their site does not say, we say so. Something out of date? Tell us and we will correct it.

Built from scratch

Built deeper than a dashboard allows.

Self-serve dashboards are designed so that anyone can set them up, and that limits what they can do. The plan often decides how far it goes. We build for your property, so it follows your rules and your voice exactly, down to the small rules your team relies on.

Package codes, combined

Three rate codes that all mean a spa break are treated as one, so every spa guest gets the spa journey, however they booked.

Offers that know the date

Flowers in the room stop being offered once arrival is too close for the florist. You set the cut-off.

A channel for each team

Maintenance requests reach your engineers on WhatsApp, and housekeeping hears on Facebook Messenger, if that is where each team already is.

Automations for the jobs done by hand

The morning briefing is one example: arrivals from the PMS, occasions from guest conversations and open requests, on one sheet before the shift, laid out the way your team reads it.

On Duve, your team sets up flows and upsells with Duve's own settings, such as sending conditions, triggers and availability rules. Flows start on Pro, upsells on Premium, and advanced customisation is on the Enterprise plan. Every change after go-live is part of our service, whatever you have us build.

Duve may suit you better if

  • You want a branded guest app with a room directory, mobile ordering and digital keys.
  • You want to compare published prices before a call.
  • Your procurement needs ISO 27001 or SOC 2 Type II certification today.
  • You have a team with time to keep the content and scheduled messages current.

Biteluxe suits you if

  • You have a bespoke guest journey that needs a custom build.
  • You want each guest page built around your property's requirements.
  • Nobody on your team has time to keep another system's content current.
  • You want setup and every later change handled for you.
  • You want one partner accountable for the result.
  • You want the jobs your team still does by hand automated too, such as a morning briefing pulled together from your PMS and other systems.

How it works

Questions hotels ask

What is the main difference between Duve and Biteluxe?

Duve is a guest app and messaging hub your team configures and keeps current. Biteluxe is a managed service: we build the guest journey around your hotel's own way of working and run it for you. Your team replies to what needs a person.

Does Duve need an app download?

No. Duve's guest app opens in the browser from a link. Nothing we build needs a download either: guests reply in the channel already on their phone.

Can we use Biteluxe alongside Duve?

Often, yes. If your guests use Duve for check-in or keys, tell us and we build the conversation around it.

How do we move from Duve to Biteluxe?

Thirty minutes to look at where guests get stuck, a one-hour kick-off, then three weeks of our time to build, connect and test. Your front desk gets a fifteen-minute walkthrough of the inbox, and you have two months in the operation before any annual commitment.

How is Biteluxe priced compared with Duve?

Duve publishes minimum monthly packages, with some features at additional charge. We price on the property, billed monthly, for what you have us build.

Where does this comparison come from?

Everything we say about Duve comes from Duve's own public website, checked in September 2026, and the pages are listed under the table. Products change. If anything here is out of date, tell us and we will correct it.

Built around your hotel. Managed by us.

What are your guests trying to do that is harder than it should be?

Bring us the action, the brand, the awkward systems and the operational reality. We will shape the message for each channel and build the easiest route through them.

Show us where guests get stuck. Nothing to prepare. Sometimes the honest answer is that you do not need us.
