How much does guest messaging cost for a hotel?

The short answer

It depends on three things: how many rooms you have, which PMS and other systems you run, and which guest actions you want built. We price on the property and bill monthly, and every property gets two months in the operation before any annual commitment.

What sets the price

Rooms, systems and actions.

Pricing scales with room count, so a nine-pod estate and a 240-room airport hotel do not pay the same. Your PMS and the rest of your stack decide what we connect and how much building it takes.

And one action at one property is a different proposition from pre-arrival, in-stay and events together. You only pay for what you have us build.

What is included

Everything it takes to run.

The agent set up in your property's voice, every message shaped for its channel, all setup, the PMS connection, continuous tuning, every change after go-live, reporting, and a read-and-reply inbox on desktop and phone.

Comparing quotes

Compare the plan you would actually buy.

Platforms often publish a starting price. Before comparing, check what sits on the plan you need: whether the PMS connection is included, what is an add-on and what is Enterprise only.

Follow-up questions

What is the contract?

Monthly, with two months in the operation, rolling, before any annual commitment.

How are groups priced?

Estates are sized across the group, and you can contract on one master agreement or property by property.

Built around your hotel. Managed by us.

What are your guests trying to do that is harder than it should be?

Bring us the action, the brand, the awkward systems and the operational reality. We will shape the message for each channel and build the easiest route through them.

Show us where guests get stuck. Nothing to prepare. Sometimes the honest answer is that you do not need us.
