Guest messaging for Oracle Opera.

We read the reservation in Opera Cloud and put what the guest tells us where your team already looks.

Official partners of Oracle Opera. We connect to Opera Cloud through OHIP, Oracle's integration platform, so every message knows who is arriving, when, in which room type and how they booked. Anything your team needs to act on arrives as a trace on the reservation, in the standard view.

Your Opera, connected

What we read, and what we write back.

We read

  • Arrivals and reservations ahead of the stay: dates, room type, rate and how the guest booked
  • The guest profile, so each message reaches the right name and number
  • Reservation status, so nobody gets a pre-arrival message after they have checked in
  • Opera's own upgrade offers for each guest's stay
  • Folio totals while the guest is in house

We write back

  • Traces on the reservation for anything your team needs to act on
  • Upgrades the guest says yes to, applied to the reservation and settled at checkout
  • Registration details the guest gives us, onto their profile, if you use online registration
Upgrades, by your rules

We only offer an upgrade when Opera has one.

Upgrade offers come from the upsell rules your revenue team already keeps in Opera, checked for each guest's stay. If Opera has no offer for that stay, the guest is not offered one, so nobody is promised a room that is not there.

Long stays often have no offer at all. That is your rules at work, and we can show you where they are holding offers back.

Where it lands

In the view your team already uses.

A request, an arrival time or an occasion arrives as a trace on the reservation, in the standard view. Anything that needs a reply reaches one inbox, on desktop and phone. Nobody has to open another system to find it.

Worth knowing

The honest detail.

Payments

Guests pay by link, through your payment provider or ours. Posting a payment to the folio automatically needs an interface cashier and a payment method set up in your Opera. We tell your team exactly what to set, and until then they post it as they do today.

Questions hotels ask

Do you work with Opera Cloud and OHIP?

Yes. We connect to Opera Cloud through OHIP, Oracle's integration platform, and set up access for your property with you at the kick-off. We are official partners of Oracle Opera.

Where does my team see what the guest said?

As a trace on the reservation, in the standard Opera view, and in one inbox on desktop and phone for anything that needs a reply. Nobody has to open another system to find it.

Will guests be offered upgrades that are not available?

No. We offer an upgrade only when Opera has one for that guest's stay, under the upsell rules you already set. When the guest says yes, it goes onto the reservation and is settled at checkout.

Can payments post to the folio?

Guests pay by link, through your payment provider or ours. Posting to the folio automatically needs an interface cashier and a payment method set up in your Opera, and we tell your team exactly what to set.

Does it work across several Opera properties?

Yes. One operating standard across the estate, with each property keeping its own systems, its own rules and its own voice. Sized across the group, contracted property by property or on one master agreement.

What does it cost?

It is priced on the property and billed monthly, so you only pay for what you have us build. You get two months in the operation, rolling, before any annual commitment.

Built around your hotel. Managed by us.

What are your guests trying to do that is harder than it should be?

Bring us the action, the brand, the awkward systems and the operational reality. We will shape the message for each channel and build the easiest route through them.

Show us where guests get stuck. Nothing to prepare. Sometimes the honest answer is that you do not need us.
